Firstly, I would like to say Owl Homes has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Normally I would recommend some constructive criticism but I honestly cannot fault my experience with Owl Homes; even during the pandemic I was looked after above my expectations. You pretty much guided me through every single step, patiently. The property itself was spot on and sparkling clean, I can’t spot any imperfections.
Well, we didn't even have lightbulbs and fixtures installed when we moved in! They left the entire basement full of mud, and products were damanged. All the appliances were scratched or dented, and although we were told we could "buy" them at scratch and dent and receive a check back, we never recevied this. When we discussed the plumbing issue, which TWO of us heard it would not be exposed, we were told we were wrong and were never told that. In their attempt to make this right they moved the plumbing UP and now we have issues with drainage. When the workers came to our "one-year guaranteed" home to make repairs, they left dirty hand prints on the walls, and the floors a mess.
